Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience that converts and deepens client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Support omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and brand tools to drive online, in-store and click-and-collect transactions.
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision, including point-of-sale transactions, stock handling and visual merchandising.
- Prioritise and multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while contributing ideas to maximise personal and store performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product assortments, trends and styling techniques to advise clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong clienteling and interpersonal skills with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit and technological curiosity.
- Flexible availability to support a variable retail schedule, including weekends and peak periods.

Experience
At least two years of customer-facing retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands, demonstrating consistent sales performance and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in fashion, retail management or business is desirable.
