Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve exceptional sales results through personalized customer engagement and compelling product presentation
- Execute outstanding sales activities and consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets
- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to personal development within a fast-moving retail environment
- Inspire customers by continuously expanding knowledge of current trends, styling techniques, and product assortment
- Partner with store management to identify and implement innovative strategies for maximizing personal sales performance
- Leverage all available retail tools and technologies to enhance sales outcomes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with meticulous attention to detail
