Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming, luxury in-store experience.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of product features, benefits and brand heritage to deliver informed recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross-selling of high‑end merchandise.
- Provide personalized styling advice and coordinate private shopping appointments for VIP clients.
- Execute and reconcile high‑value transactions accurately, including payments, returns and exchanges.
- Ensure visually attractive merchandising and adherence to brand visual standards.
- Perform inventory tasks such as stock checks, reordering and organizing stock rooms to ensure product availability.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations and build rapport.
