Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with merchandise floor moves and visual merchandising tasks
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with all sales policies
- Greet customers warmly and respond promptly to inquiries with accurate product information
- Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates for personalized service
- Unpack, hang, fold merchandise, and apply security tags as needed
- Maintain adherence to assigned work schedule with reliable time and attendance
- Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and supporting operational needs as required
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
