Role & Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and respond to inquiries
- Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Assist sales associates in resolving customer concerns and supporting ad-hoc business needs
- Unpack, hang, fold merchandise, and secure security tags as needed
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual merchandising tasks
- Comply with all point-of-sale and sales-related policies and procedures
- Maintain adherence to work schedule and time and attendance requirements
