Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and courteously.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately while adhering to company policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available retail technology and tools to support buy-online/pickup-in-store and other fulfilment options.
- Achieve email capture and sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Support the sales floor by assisting sales associates with client needs, resolving client issues, and maintaining store standards of cleanliness and visual organization.

- Technologically comfortable using POS and omnichannel retail tools; strong attention to detail.
