Role & Responsibilities

- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available retail technology and tools to support buy-online/pickup-in-store and other fulfilment options.
- Achieve email capture and sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
- Support the sales floor by assisting sales associates with client needs, resolving client issues, and maintaining store standards of cleanliness and visual organization.
- Demonstrate flexibility to perform store tasks with speed and excellence across a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Consistent and effective verbal communicator able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Customer-service oriented with a genuine interest in fashion and client experience.
- Energetic, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically comfortable using POS and omnichannel retail tools; strong attention to detail.

Experience
1+ year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, hospitality or customer service is a plus.
