Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, upholding Michael Kors image and grooming standards at all times.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, responding promptly to questions and resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Operate cash registers and tills accurately; process payments, refunds and follow company cash-handling procedures.
  • Use clientelling Apps and tools to maintain and proactively manage the CRM database and client communications.
  • Support opening and closing till procedures and ensure the checkout area is clean, organized and merchandised to brand standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to apply product knowledge and identify opportunities to drive store performance.
