Michael Kors is hiring a part‑time Cashier in Rome (Castel Romano). Seasonal role focused on customer service, POS operations and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a visible brand ambassador, representing Michael Kors' standards of image, grooming and professional conduct.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, respond to inquiries and resolve concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Operate point-of-sale terminals, accurately process payments, returns and refunds, and support till opening/closing procedures.
- Utilize clienteling applications and CRM tools to maintain client communication and proactively manage the customer database.
- Leverage product knowledge to support sales, identify opportunities to increase business performance, and assist colleagues as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for luxury retail and working in a fast-paced store environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaborative teamwork and client-focused service.
- High attention to detail for maintaining a tidy, secure checkout area and accurate transaction handling.
- Comfort with retail technology or willingness to learn clienteling apps, POS systems and CRM processes.
- Proficiency in English for effective customer communication.

Experience
Previous retail or cash-handling experience is preferred; experience in luxury retail and clienteling is considered an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
