Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, elevated customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system accurately: process payments, returns and exchanges, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, tracking special requests and coordinating alterations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay informed about fashion trends and seasonal assortments.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures including loss prevention, cash-handling protocols and store operational standards.
  • Support merchandising and store presentation standards to enhance the luxury client experience.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the Netherlands.
  • Professional, customer-focused demeanour with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate numeracy and proven ability to manage cash and reconcile transactions.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail hours.
  • Attention to detail, reliability and ability to follow established procedures.

Experience
