Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive email capture and meet sales targets through proactive client engagement and conversion techniques.
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and platforms to fulfil client requests and close sales.
- Assist the sales team in identifying client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of client care.
- Perform store operational tasks with speed and excellence, including merchandising, housekeeping and organisation of the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or cashier experience, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment.
- Consistent and adaptable communicator able to engage diverse audiences.
- Energetic, motivated and customer-service focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
- Technologically literate and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of retail sales or cashier experience in a customer-facing environment; prior luxury or premium retail experience is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education in retail, hospitality, or fashion is a plus.
