Michael Kors in Parndorf seeks a Part-time Cashier to deliver exceptional client service, operate POS and manage CRM-driven clientelling.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining the Michael Kors image and grooming standards while modelling company behaviours and the behaviour toolkit.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at the point of sale, addressing client questions and resolving concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize clientelling apps and CRM tools to maintain and proactively manage client communications and the CRM database.
  • Operate cash registers and POS devices accurately; process payments, returns and refunds in accordance with company policy.
  • Support opening and closing till procedures, maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure operational readiness of related devices.
  • Apply product knowledge resources to support confident selling; monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to drive transactions.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
