Role & Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and respond to inquiries quickly and accurately
- Determine customer needs and direct them to appropriate sales associates
- Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and supporting other business needs
- Unpack, hang, fold merchandise, and secure security tags as needed
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual merchandising tasks
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain strict time and attendance compliance
- Comply with all Point-of-Sale and sales-related policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
Skills
Experience
No specific prior retail experience required; training will be provided. Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
