Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
- Process POS transactions efficiently and compliantly while maintaining a memorable point-of-sale interaction.
- Capture customer email information and drive sales through personalised engagement and promotion of omnichannel services.
- Support sales associates in assessing customer needs and resolving client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, visual presentation and merchandise organization.
- Perform general store tasks with flexibility and speed during peak traffic, holiday events and promotional periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; company does not sponsor employment visas.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail days (e.g., day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, reach, bend, kneel and operate point-of-sale equipment.

At least 1 year of hands-on retail experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-traffic or fashion retail environment where POS operation and omnichannel service were regular responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
