Role & Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions efficiently while maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming customer experience by responding to needs quickly and accurately
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement and omnichannel tools utilization
- Assist sales associates in determining customer needs and resolving all client issues
- Perform flexible store tasks with speed and excellence, including merchandise displays and restocking
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
- Support omnichannel sales operations by leveraging available technology and retail tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant retail experience
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to meet flexible scheduling requirements, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods
