Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to customer needs accurately and with urgency
- Process POS transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies and cash-handling procedures
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and email capture to support conversion and follow-up
- Support sales associates by identifying customer needs, resolving client issues and escalating when necessary
- Perform store opening/closing and other operational tasks with speed and attention to store standards of cleanliness and organization
- Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with merchandising, stock replenishment and other in-store duties during peak periods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience
- Consistent, adaptable communicator able to engage diverse customer segments
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrated passion for fashion and style
- Energetic, motivated and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technologically literate with comfort using POS and omnichannel retail tools
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 1+ year of relevant retail experience; experience in fashion or luxury retail is an asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
