Role & Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all sales-related policies and procedures
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and respond promptly to inquiries
- Assess customer needs and direct patrons to appropriate sales associates or merchandise
- Execute merchandise floor moves and visual display tasks as assigned
- Unpack, hang, and fold merchandise, securing security tags as needed
- Maintain adherence to work schedule and time-and-attendance requirements
- Assist sales associates with client problem resolution and operational tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience
Retail or customer service experience preferred; prior POS experience is advantageous.
