- Process POS transactions efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and cash-handling procedures
- Drive omnichannel sales using available tools and technology, including email capture and client engagement platforms
- Support sales associates by identifying customer needs, resolving client issues, and facilitating smooth handoffs
- Perform store duties with speed and attention to detail, maintaining standards of cleanliness and visual order
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience
- Clear and adaptable communicator able to engage diverse clientele
- Customer-service oriented with genuine interest in fashion and retail
- Energetic, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Technologically comfortable with point-of-sale systems and omnichannel retail tools; detail-oriented
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on retail experience, preferably including point-of-sale transaction processing and exposure to omnichannel sales initiatives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; any retail or customer service training is advantageous.
