Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, brand-aligned customer experiences at the point of sale to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately: process payments, returns and exchanges, issue receipts and reconcile cash drawers.
- Maintain client communication using available clientelling apps and tools to support follow-up and relationship building.
- Sustain floor and stock presence: support merchandising, restocking and visual standards to optimize selling space.
- Collaborate with store management and colleagues to translate business results into actionable sales opportunities.
- Use product knowledge packs to advise clients confidently and convert customer interactions into sales.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or sales experience in a fast-paced environment; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create inclusive, welcoming client experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to inspire team members toward shared targets.
- Technological proficiency and comfort using clientelling tools and POS systems.
- Local language proficiency (German) is preferred to serve the local client base effectively.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or cashier roles, preferably within fashion or premium brands, demonstrating strong customer service, accurate transaction handling and familiarity with retail technology.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational retail or customer-service training is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Metzingen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, with easy access to Stuttgart.
