Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
- Process point-of-sale transactions efficiently while complying with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Achieve email capture and sales objectives through creative customer engagement.
- Support sales associates by identifying customer needs and resolving client issues to drive conversion and satisfaction.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, merchandising and organisation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail events.
- Strong communication skills, energetic customer-service orientation and attention to detail.

Experience
At least one year of retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in a fashion or specialty retail environment; prior experience with POS systems and omnichannel retail operations is advantageous.
Education
