Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming guest experience and respond to customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Process cash, card and gift‑card transactions at the POS efficiently while complying with company policies and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Achieve email capture and sales conversion goals through proactive customer engagement.
- Support sales associates by assessing customer needs, resolving client issues and facilitating product recommendations.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfill customer demand.
- Complete store tasks with speed and attention to standards of cleanliness, merchandising and presentation.
- Adapt to changing priorities, peak traffic periods and special sales events while maintaining professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or cashier experience.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing in English.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail dates (e.g., post‑Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), reach, bend, kneel and lift up to 30 pounds.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of frontline retail experience, including POS transaction processing, cash handling and guest service in a fast‑paced store environment; previous outlet or luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
