Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold brand standards for image and grooming, modeling company behaviors and utilizing the behavior toolkit
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns while ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain client communication through available clientelling apps and tools, proactively managing the CRM database
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in line with company guidelines
- Leverage product knowledge to confidently advise customers and identify opportunities to drive sales
