Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador by upholding Michael Kors image and grooming standards and modelling company behaviours.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service on every interaction and respond to enquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain and proactively manage client communications using clientelling apps and tools, and update the CRM database accurately.
- Sell with confidence using product knowledge resources and identify opportunities to drive sales and meet store performance objectives.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems and cash registers; accurately process payments and follow company returns and refund policies.
- Support opening and closing till procedures and ensure the checkout area is clean, organised and compliant with company guidelines.
