Michael Kors seeks a part-time Cashier in Malaga, Spain — deliver exceptional customer service, operate POS, and support clientelling at the MK outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding Michael Kors image and grooming standards and demonstrating company behaviours.
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage client communications and proactively maintain the CRM database using available clientelling apps and tools.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and cash registers accurately; process payments and adhere to company returns and refund policies.
- Support opening and closing till procedures and ensure the checkout area is clean, organised and compliant with store protocols.
- Use product knowledge to support selling and identify opportunities to contribute to store sales performance.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with an emphasis on client service.
- Attention to detail in cash handling and maintaining an organised checkout area.

Experience
Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred; basic cash-handling or POS experience is advantageous. Experience maintaining client records or using CRM/clientelling tools is a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail or customer service training is advantageous.
