Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in accordance with company guidelines
- Provide a high level of customer experience for every customer whilst responding to questions and concerns quickly and effectively
- Maintain client communication as a Michael Kors Ambassador through all available clientelling apps and tools
- Proactively manage the CRM database
- Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert and understand business performance opportunities
- Uphold brand standards for image and grooming whilst modeling company behaviors
