Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and payment devices with accuracy, following all company policies for transactions, returns, and refunds
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to questions and concerns promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain client communication as a Michael Kors ambassador through clientelling apps and CRM database management
- Support opening and closing procedures for tills in accordance with company guidelines
- Uphold brand standards for personal image, grooming, and professional conduct
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive and dynamic retail experience
- Leverage product knowledge resources to support sales opportunities and drive business performance
