Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver elevated sales and service to maximise individual and store performance, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash desk; execute all Point-of-Sale (POS) and management register functions.
- Manage post-sale customer requirements including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues and complaints in partnership with store management and Head Office to preserve customer relationships.
- Maintain stockroom and selling-floor inventory: receiving, shipping, merchandising, damages processing and participation in inventories.
- Uphold brand image through professional grooming and adherence to visual merchandising directives and store presentation standards.
- Train and support sales staff in proper register usage, cash handling procedures and POS policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury fashion retail.
- Proven experience with cash handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems; strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with the ability to manage difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to follow merchandising and operational procedures, including shipping/receiving and inventory protocols.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules and adherence to time and attendance expectations.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' retail experience, ideally in a luxury, premium or fast-fashion environment with demonstrable customer-service and cash-handling responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study in retail, fashion or related field is advantageous but not required.

Compensation
