Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming client experience and respond to customer needs promptly and courteously.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store technology and tools to support ship-from-store, buy-online-pickup-in-store and clienteling activity.
- Capture customer data and achieve email-capture and sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Support sales associates by assessing customer needs, resolving client issues, and escalating when appropriate.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, visual presentation and inventory organization.
- Perform general store tasks with flexibility and speed during peak traffic and promotional periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail experience.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.
- Proficiency in reading, speaking and writing English.
- Availability for a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak shopping days (e.g., Black Friday, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, reach overhead, bend, kneel and operate POS equipment; reasonable accommodations available.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail; experience with POS systems and omnichannel selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
