Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all point-of-sale devices and related equipment
- Accurately process customer payments, returns, and refunds in compliance with company policies
- Support store opening and closing procedures for cash tills and checkout areas in accordance with established guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain client relationships as a Michael Kors ambassador by utilizing clientelling applications and CRM tools
- Develop and demonstrate product knowledge to become a confident selling expert and identify sales opportunities
