Role & Responsibilities
- Operate cash registers and point-of-sale devices, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with company protocols
- Accurately process payments, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns while maintaining client communication through available clientelling applications
