In this part-time position, the successful candidate will process transactions efficiently, achieve sales and email capture goals, and maintain exemplary store standards in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment. The role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong English communication skills, and flexibility to accommodate weekend, holiday, and peak retail scheduling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated and welcoming customer experience while responding to customer needs quickly and accurately
- Process POS transactions efficiently while complying with all policies and procedures and creating a memorable experience
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through creative engagement with customers
- Assist sales associates in determining customer needs and resolving all client issues
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness and organization
- Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology

Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant retail experience
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States
