Michael Kors in Bicester hiring a Cashier (full-time) to deliver exceptional POS service and clienteling support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain brand image and grooming standards and model company behaviours to deliver the Michael Kors experience.
- Greet customers warmly, assist at the final steps of purchase and resolve questions or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate and maintain cash registers, POS devices and related equipment; manage opening and closing tills procedures.
- Process payments accurately and control all accepted payment tenders in line with company policies.
- Support clienteling activities by using clientelling apps and tools and proactively maintain the CRM database.
- Leverage product knowledge to advise customers confidently and contribute to sales objectives.
- Follow Company returns and refunds policies and escalate exceptions appropriately.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for fashion and for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail to maintain tidy checkout areas and accurate transactions.
- Technologically proficient with the ability to use POS systems and clientelling/CRM tools.
- Fluent English preferred with excellent verbal communication skills.

Experience
Previous customer-facing retail or cashier experience is preferred; familiarity with POS and clienteling systems and the ability to work in a high-volume store environment are advantageous. No specific years of experience are mandated.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training preferred.
