Role & Responsibilities
- Execute administrative support activities for the Buying Team across all operational needs
- Generate weekly, monthly, and seasonal selling reports and best-sellers analyses to provide team visibility of commercial performance
- Support seasonal buy preparation, hindsight meetings, and Open-to-Buy planning using Business Intelligence systems and Excel data analysis
- Create and maintain the Buying Critical Path each season and manage market materials documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising and e-Commerce teams to ensure product availability, timing, and correct in-store and online merchandising alignment
- Maintain and update assortment plans with accurate information and visual documentation for clear business communication
- Conduct competitive market analysis through store visits and competitor shopping to identify market threats and opportunities
- Attend store visits to understand customer profiles and provide product assortment recommendations
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and data-driven recommendations to support buying strategy and departmental advancement
- Manage sample administration and coordinate style and order management activities
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy
- Prior experience in a retail or office environment
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent time management skills
