Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and performance reports to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Communicate strategic opportunities to drive sales, inventory requirements and technology initiatives to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate field and district alignments across corporate platforms and systems.
- Manage staffing incentive payout processes and ensure accurate chargebacks and invoicing.
- Develop and deliver timely, multi-channel communications to MK Corporate and Retail Development field teams on daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal cadences.
- Establish and sustain effective relationships with Retail Partners, corporate teams and field leadership.
- Maintain and distribute store and employee tracking documentation and the Retail Development website content.
- Partner with Retail Development, Sales and Planning to prepare presentations for Retail Partners.
- Facilitate weekly conference calls and coordinate additional RD and corporate meetings.
- Control travel and Retail Development departmental expenses in adherence with policy; identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Manage clothing allotment processes with Sales, HR and Customer Service as required.
- Support implementation of new processes, systems and technology projects in partnership with the supervisor.
- Coordinate floor plan receipt, site surveys for shop-in-shops and manage shop remodel and fixture roll-out logistics with Store Design.
- Oversee maintenance communications and related budgets with Store Design in coordination with supervisor.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2+ years of related retail experience.
- Proven written and verbal communication, presentation and follow-up skills (email, phone, meetings).
- Training experience and the ability to deliver and document learning initiatives.
- Proficiency with business software; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Minimum two years of related retail experience, including exposure to retail operations, retail development or project coordination; experience in training and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
