Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients and cultivate long-term client relationships through in-person and post-visit clienteling.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs through proactive selling, cross-selling and upselling of seasonal and core product ranges.
- Manage client data and follow-up activities using the store CRM and clienteling tools; ensure accurate records of client preferences and purchase history.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control and presentation consistent with brand guidelines.
- Process sales transactions, returns and exchanges accurately via the point-of-sale system and ensure compliance with store cash-handling procedures.
- Support VIP client appointments, private shopping events and product launches; liaise with store management on client experience initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury retail or premium apparel/leather goods sales, preferably within an international maison.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering high levels of client satisfaction.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English; additional languages an advantage.
- Impeccable personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented demeanour.
- Right to work in the country and availability for flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings.
