Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks a Benefits Specialist, EMEA in London to manage regional benefits administration and vendor transitions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employee and HR queries on benefits across EMEA, resolving complex cases with HR Operations and HRBPs.
- Administer EMEA benefits programmes (healthcare, retirement, insurance, wellbeing), managing joiners, leavers, eligibility files and country-specific billing.
- Support annual enrolment cycles, renewals and benefits communications; maintain accurate HRIS records and benefits documentation.
- Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure service delivery, lead the transition to a new broker in year one and coordinate vendor webinars.
- Monitor benefits utilisation and costs, prepare reporting, and identify process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Global Benefits and wider Total Rewards teams to align regional programmes with global strategy while adapting to local compliance and market practices.
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years' experience in HR or benefits administration, ideally covering multiple EMEA countries.
- Working knowledge of EMEA benefits practices and local compliance requirements.
- High level of discretion and accuracy when handling confidential employee information.
- Clear, empathetic written and verbal communication with a strong customer-service orientation.
- Organised, process‑driven approach with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrable ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Experience
1–3+ years of HR or benefits administration experience, preferably with exposure to multiple EMEA markets and cross‑border benefits operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
