Michael Kors is hiring an Associate Store Manager (Menswear) in Cypress, TX — lead store operations, coach teams and drive omnichannel sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, margin and KPIs through strategic, multi-faceted initiatives.
- Coach and develop store associates on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling to foster long-term customer relationships.
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual standards, inventory handling and loss prevention.
- Recruit, hire and retain top talent while modelling leadership behaviours and ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Execute omni-channel selling strategies using available retail tools and technology to maximise customer conversion and fulfilment.
- Demonstrate flexibility to support peak periods, events and changing business needs in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proficiency in English — able to read, speak and write fluently.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and peak retail dates.
Skills
Experience
At least 4 years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within a luxury or premium fashion environment, with a proven track record of coaching teams and driving omnichannel sales performance.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
