Michael Kors is hiring an Associate Manager for Global Brand Marketing in the NY Metro Area. Lead international brand campaigns and regional strategy coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Director and Senior Manager with development and execution of seasonal global marketing strategy, ensuring cross-functional team alignment and cohesive seasonal presentations
- Lead regional support calendars for EMEA Franchise Markets, LATAM, and Mexico, partnering with regional marketing teams to map seasonal plans and foster global alignment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Social, Creative, Media, and VIP/Influencer teams to evaluate regional plans and execute global strategy effectively
- Oversee global customer activation process in partnership with coordinator; strategize seasonal retail activation approach and create scalable options supporting brand strategy
- Manage global seasonal packaging requirements including gift wrap, boxes, and bags; brief creative team via Wrike for seamless delivery
- Oversee GWP (Gift with Purchase) process, partnering with GWP agency to create yearly assortment and seasonal gifts while ensuring all necessary divisions participate
- Oversee competitive presentations including ad hoc requests and quarterly US competitive analysis
- Partner with Senior Manager on marketing support for product licensee categories including Fragrance, Eyewear, Watches, and Jewelry across retail and wholesale channels
- Support Golf Ambassador program management, ensuring bespoke product design, fitting, and delivery; manage contract requirements including bonuses and appearances
- Stay abreast of market trends and champion innovation through identification of brand activation opportunities such as pop-ups, social moments, and customer engagement initiatives
- Mentor and support coordinator's professional development and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Management experience required
- Skilled in presenting to large audiences
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in complex environments
- Proactive and creative communication skills
- Results-oriented with demonstrated enthusiasm and motivation
