Michael Kors seeks Associate Manager, Creative Workflow & Production in NY Metro Area to oversee creative project execution, timelines, and resource management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and execution of creative assets from concept through final delivery
- Bridge creative departments (art, fashion, editorial, events/PR, post-production, ecommerce) to ensure on-time, on-brief, and on-budget content delivery
- Develop and maintain photoshoot production project timelines, workflows, and resource plans aligned with business priorities
- Track project metrics, production calendars, and team capacity to optimize workflows and resource allocation
- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure timely editing, retouching, approvals, and final asset delivery
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Create comprehensive project timelines from start to finish to facilitate effective work delegation
- Stay informed on creative trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to introduce innovative ideas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3–6 years of experience in creative services, brand management, project management, or production
- Strong understanding of creative services operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience managing production schedules, budgets, vendors, freelancers, and external production partners
- Previous experience managing creative teams or mentoring team members
- Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
