Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of global Michael Kors campaigns, including seasonal brand launches, product introductions and digital storytelling initiatives.
- Create and deliver high-impact visual assets across paid media, organic social, ecommerce, email, retail environments and editorial channels.
- Collaborate with Global Creative leadership from ideation through final delivery to ensure campaign concepts are realised at the highest standard.
- Work closely with Social Media & Influencer, Editorial and PR teams to develop platform-native content strategies that align with global narratives.
- Translate marketing objectives into aspirational creative that faithfully reflects the Michael Kors brand voice and aesthetic.
- Maintain awareness of social and digital trends and identify opportunities to evolve the brand’s visual language across platforms.
- Manage day-to-day creative production tasks including retouching direction, layout design, motion graphics and video editing.
- Prepare and present creative concepts, mood boards and design explorations to internal stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and platform specifications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands within an agency or in-house creative team.
- Proven track record developing and executing campaign-driven creative across digital, social and print channels.
- Demonstrable expertise in video post-production, including editing, motion graphics and colour direction.
- Deep knowledge of global social platforms, digital media formats and content performance best practices.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate creative ideas clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects and tight timelines simultaneously.
