Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily website operations and updates, ensuring efficient production workflows, creative asset trafficking, and code implementation across all e-commerce and content platforms
- Collaborate with Design, Product, Digital Content, and Site Merchants teams to coordinate website updates and align on execution strategies
- Manage and support key web production tools and systems including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), Jira, Dynamic Yield, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing of responsive websites across global properties to verify functionality, performance, and cross-device compatibility
- Assist in gathering and defining project requirements for campaign launches and site requests
- Define, optimize, and implement web production processes to improve efficiency and content delivery effectiveness
