Role & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and maintenance of all merchandising and visual directives from corporate strategy
- Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and reflects the correct visual brand image at all times
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and communicate product concerns to management
- Meet personal and store sales goals while assisting in tracking and monitoring business results
- Develop and refine personal sales techniques and mentor associates to maximize sales performance
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and cultivate fashion industry awareness among the team
- Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service and build repeat clientele through client relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and merchandise issues quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Support staff training in register usage and execute all management register functions
- Participate in store inventories and execute cash control procedures including deposits and petty cash management
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
- Ensure brand image and grooming standards are maintained across all associates
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- 1–2 years of specialty management experience
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and develop team performance
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising and brand standards
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling procedures
- Proven customer service and conflict resolution skills
