- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, assuming full managerial responsibilities in their absence.
- Drive personal and store sales targets through coaching, floor leadership and exemplary selling.

- Recruit, train and develop store staff; conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to improve results.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty store supervisory or management role.

- Strong organisational aptitude with demonstrated experience in cash control, inventory management and loss-prevention procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of resolving client and staff issues professionally.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required if role includes offsite product transport.
