Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets whilst implementing strategic sales initiatives aligned with brand standards
- Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to drive informed business decisions and store profitability
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience reflective of the brand's luxury positioning through superior service delivery and expert product consultation in an immaculate retail environment
- Cultivate and expand a loyal, satisfied customer base through relationship management and engagement strategies
- Model leadership excellence across all business functions within a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment
- Motivate, develop, and coach sales team members, fostering continuous improvement in product knowledge and sales techniques
- Set daily individual performance targets for sales associates that enable the store to achieve and exceed daily sales objectives
- Implement and maintain all visual merchandising standards and guidelines consistently throughout the store
- Execute all assigned operational tasks and standards—including inventory management, staff scheduling, and holiday planning—to a consistently high standard
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with direct supervisors, departmental teams, and senior management at national and European levels
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in retail management or equivalent professional qualification
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including one to two years in store management or supervisory capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
- Advanced analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret and act on business metrics and KPIs

A minimum of three years of professional experience in retail operations, with at least one to two years in a store management or supervisory leadership role within a luxury or premium retail environment. Demonstrated success in driving sales performance, leading and motivating sales teams, and maintaining high visual and operational standards in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
Completed vocational training or apprenticeship in retail management, sales, or a related commercial discipline. Secondary education certificates (Mittlere Reife or higher) are expected.
