Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs through disciplined execution and commercial focus.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operational and administrative duties to guarantee efficient store operations.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, acting as a role model and promoting continuous learning and development.
- Cultivate lasting customer relationships through creative clienteling, active management of customer records and memorable in-store experiences.
- Leverage available omni‑channel tools and retail technologies to maximise conversion and basket value.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and people‑management experience within a retail environment; demonstrable results orientation.
- Strong organisational skills with a hands‑on approach and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with adaptability to changing business needs.
- Commercial and creative thinking with a keen interest in fashion and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills; English language skills are an advantage.

Experience
Demonstrable experience in retail sales and store leadership with a track record of coaching teams and delivering commercial results in a consumer‑facing environment.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification; formal retail management, commercial training or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
