Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales goals and track business results
- Lead by example by maintaining elevated standards of sales and customer service across the store
- Develop personal sales techniques and mentor associates to maximize conversion and average transaction value
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client book management and staff support
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on risk management, security protocols, cash controls, and inventory management
- Execute all cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash management
- Participate in physical inventories and communicate inventory needs to support business objectives
- Oversee register operations, training, and maintenance; execute management-level register functions
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; ensure the selling floor reflects the correct brand image
- Process deliveries in a timely manner and identify product concerns
- Recruit, train, and develop Sales and Stock Supervisors; evaluate performance and provide ongoing feedback
- Ensure payroll integrity and support HR processes in partnership with the HR department
- Uphold company image and grooming standards reflective of the Michael Kors brand
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management experience
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience with cash handling and register systems
- Ability to lead, train, and develop retail staff
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution skills

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, with 1–2 years in a specialty retail management or supervisory role. Demonstrated success in driving sales, developing teams, and managing store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; retail management certification or college coursework preferred.
