Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and team leadership
- Lead by example to ensure elevated levels of sales and service are maintained by all staff members
- Develop and mentor sales associates' techniques to maximize individual and store performance
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through systematic use of personal client book and team coordination
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and professionally
- Manage store inventory, cash controls, and financial procedures including bank deposits and petty cash reconciliation
- Execute all POS register functions and oversee staff training in point-of-sale systems
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual display directives while ensuring the selling floor reflects brand standards
- Participate in physical inventories and collaborate on risk management and security protocols
- Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate store staff with consistent performance feedback
- Monitor business results and communicate outcomes to store leadership
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with fashion industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience
- 1–2 years of specialty retail management or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive team performance
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail software
- Experience with inventory management and cash control procedures
