Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and achieve store sales targets through proactive client engagement and styling.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures, cash handling and other operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling to build lasting relationships.
- Build and maintain a client book to drive repeat traffic and personalised outreach.

Qualifications

- Ability to meet physical requirements: stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours), lift/carry up to 30 lbs, reach, bend and operate point-of-sale equipment.
