Role & Responsibilities
- Meet personal and store sales targets while monitoring and communicating business results
- Ensure elevated sales and service standards across the team; lead by example and develop associate selling techniques
- Build and maintain repeat clientele through personal client relationship management
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Execute point-of-sale systems and management register functions accurately
- Conduct physical inventories and maintain cash control procedures including deposits and petty cash reconciliation
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives; ensure selling floor presentation standards
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and communicate product concerns to management
- Assist in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of store associates
- Provide coaching and feedback to support associate development and results achievement
- Ensure brand image and professional grooming standards are maintained consistently
- Assume full Store Manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail management software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience
Previous experience in retail management, customer service leadership, or comparable supervisory role within a fashion or luxury retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is a plus.
