Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and KPIs by delivering an elevated, client-focused customer experience.
- Lead and execute opening, closing and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to deepen product knowledge, styling techniques and selling performance.
- Build and maintain a personal client book; cultivate long-term customer relationships and repeat business through clienteling.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and store technology to convert traffic, support client engagement and fulfilment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills with a customer-service orientation.
- Commercially minded with demonstrated ability to drive sales and operational excellence.
- Technologically comfortable with retail tools and an ability to adopt omnichannel processes.

Experience
At least three years of progressively responsible retail management experience, ideally within premium or luxury fashion; track record of meeting sales targets and developing store teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, retail management or a related field preferred.
